Space City Fire & Safety LLC provides commercial fire protection services including, but not limited to:

Fire alarm inspections

Fire alarm service and installation

Fire alarm monitoring

Fire extinguisher inspections and service

Emergency lighting and exit light services

Related life safety services

All services are subject to scheduling, availability, permitting requirements, material availability, and applicable code compliance.

Commercial Use Only

Our services are intended primarily for commercial properties and businesses unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Estimates & Pricing

Quotes and estimates are based on information available at the time provided. Final pricing may change due to:

Site conditions

Code requirements

Additional materials or labor

Customer-requested changes

Existing system deficiencies

Hidden conditions discovered during service

Unless otherwise stated, estimates do not include:

Permit fees

Monitoring setup fees

Repairs outside quoted scope

After-hours labor

Paint, patch, or cosmetic repairs

Electrical or conduit work by others

Payment Terms

Payment terms may vary by project and invoice.

Unless otherwise agreed:

Payment is due prior to services being rendered for certain services

Monitoring setup and activation fees are due before activation

Overdue invoices may be subject to late fees

Customer agrees to pay reasonable collection costs or attorney fees related to unpaid balances

We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.

Monitoring Services

Monitoring services may require separate agreements and are subject to third-party central station monitoring provider terms.

Customer acknowledges:

Monitoring services are not a guarantee against loss, damage, injury, or fire

Cellular, internet, radio, or electrical interruptions may affect signal transmission

Customer is responsible for maintaining active communication pathways and system power

Customers are responsible for:

Keeping emergency contact information current

Testing systems as recommended

Notifying us of changes to phone lines, internet, cellular service, or building occupancy

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Space City Fire & Safety LLC shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages

Loss of business

Loss of profits

Property damage

Personal injury

Failure of equipment manufactured by others

Failure of monitoring signal transmission beyond our control

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Warranty Disclaimer

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

Equipment warranties are limited to manufacturer warranties

Labor warranties apply only to services directly performed by our company

Warranty does not cover abuse, vandalism, acts of God, improper maintenance, power surges, third-party work, or code changes after installation

Access to Property

Customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the property and systems being serviced.

We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe conditions.
